The Universe begins from love and love is an outward moving motion. Everything is connected to everything else and as a result, keeps everything in motion. All life requires connection; without it, there is no emotional purpose and therefore no motion. Our hearts follow the Universe’s currents and tides.

Connection allows us to flow with time, with one another and be in tune with all things. We touch and are touched.

Connection that is healthy produces fruit.

Connection that is toxic produces pain or poison. A toxic connection always seeks to cut one off from the greater whole, since that is the reality they know. This is the true source of toxicity and its name is hate, which the toxic one implants as a poison to the other. If the receiver of that poison refuses the reality of that, then they will fight against it by producing a counter to it; an antidote if you will. Thus they will retain their connection to the basis of their life, which is in turn, all of life whose source is love.

However, it is in love that we learn of pain because we are able to be hurt if we truly know love for we express openess and openess is vulnerability. So, to love in toxic connections, we must learn to process the poison of isolation. If the poison is fully accepted by the poisoner, then the only real solution is to cut that part out. If not fully accepted, show the poisoner the truth, but do so only if a powerful view that the poisoner can see, can be obtained.

When the poison is accepted as reality, then they in turn will isolate and poison with this idea.
